A valid Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. For single treatment cancellations, we require a 24-hour notice. For group bookings we require a 48-hour notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hrs) will be subject to a 50% fee of the service price. Full amount of service will be charged for no-shows.\n\n### Checking In\n\n We recommend arriving 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you have time to enjoy our facility and to fill out necessary forms.
