Kristin Cooper
Owner/Level 6 Stylist

Kristin’s favorite service is color correction. She is an Expert Color Artist(teacher) for L'Oreal Professionnel, nationally. She specializes in the science and theory of color. Not only do you need to have that knowledge, you need to understand chemistry. Hair is made of keratin, that is actually dead, not a living structure, contrary to popular belief. The pH, porosity, melanin, texture, sensitivity, elasticity and all 3 layers of the hair's shaft needs to be considered when lightening or coloring hair.
Her favorite product is Serum Therapiste Hair Serum, by Kerastase. It intensely repairs weak, chemical, and thermal damage. It contains Native plant cells, GluCO peptides, and a wheat protein derivative. This heals and seals without weighing the hair down. It’s a miracle for long blondes especially.
Kristin is Goldwell color certified, Redken Color certified, L'Oreal Professionnel Color, Correction, Serie, Balayage certified, Bio-Ionic Straightening Certified, Keratin Complex certified, Bumble & Bumble razor certified, Brazilian Blowout certified.
Kristin has styled for New York Fashion Week 2 times, while once being the team lead. You can also find her work at the Cannes Film Festival.

With more than 30 years as a master stylist, makeup artist, and salon owner on Boston’s prestigious Newbury St., Neil brings experience as a certified educator and platform artist for Clairol, Logics, and American Crew. While providing expert styling services to his extensive client base, Neil has applied his expertise in training professional stylists on the aspects of cutting, coloring and styling.
As the former stylist, talent manager and pageant coach for Miss USA and Miss Teen USA across the New England region, Neil is considered an expert in pageant preparation. He has helped prepare hundreds of young women to be the best they can be when competing for both local and national beauty pageants with clients who have gone on to win the national titles of Miss USA and Mrs. United States, and numerous others placing within Top 5 and Top 10 at both Miss USA and Miss Teen USA.
In addition to bringing his styling to pageantry, Neil has leant his expertise to many local theater and fashion events. His work has been featured in many local and national print publications and television broadcasts including MTV, NBC, and MSNBC.
Whether you are competing for a national pageant title or just want to feel like a queen for the day, Neil can give you the style and the confidence to go out and conquer the world!
Kristen Graham
Level 5 Stylist/Billerica Manager

Kristen’s first love is Dance. She has a degree in Dance Performance from Roger Williams University. After graduating, she started studying Ballroom dance and became a professional through The National Association. While styling her students for dance competitions for years, Kristen decided to make a huge leap and head back to school to study Cosmetology at Empire Beauty. Now a Master Stylist and manager, Kristen has found her forever home at Ailish and Aston Luxe.
Kristen loves all parts of the beauty industry. She specializes in Vivid Color & Color/ Blonde Transformations. She loves a challenge! Using chemistry, color knowledge and creative color design to create the perfect color while maintaining the integrity of your hair. Kristen’s many beauty industry accomplishments include: Kevin Murphy Session Stylist, Keratin Complex Smoothing certified, Aqua and SoCap extension certified, color certified through ASP & J Beverly Hills with a specialty in Reds, hand tied and machine tied wefts extension certified, Redken Exchange Cut & Know Why, 5th Ave Balayage credited.
While also taking immense pride and love in her work, one thing Kristen can promise, you will also feel comfortable, loved and maybe even have a laugh or two in her chair.
Anne Moustafa
Level 4 Stylist

Anne is a Master Stylist with over 20 years of experience. In addition to being an alumni of the Learning Institute of Beauty Sciences (LIBS), Anne holds certificates in L’Oreal Professionnel Color, Goldwell, Keratin Straightening, Brazilian Blowout and SOcap.
With all the advanced training in the industry, it gives Anne the experience to cut, color, highlight and/or upstyle any women’s hair. Anne also has a dedicated male clientele that likes to keep up with the ongoing styling trends.
Ask any of Anne’s long-term customers and they’ll tell you they leave her chair feeling confident that their style is current, suits their lifestyle and they look fantastic!
Lisa Colosi
Level 5 Stylist
Waltham Location
With 30 + years in the industry, Lisa started her career at Great Beginnings at 19 years old while becoming the owner of their hair school. She joined DiRe Hair Limited for 26 years until she found her current home at Ailish & Aston.
During her career, Lisa has been a makeup artist and educator for Trucco while also teaching Aveda. She is a Goldwell Certified colorist with cutting training under Paul Mitchell,Goldwell, Rusk and Aveda.
Lisa loves to educate. She runs hair events for many salons teaching her clients how to blow-dry, finishing techniques and makeup trends. She enjoys taking the “new” stylists under her wings and training them on color theory, consultations and cutting techniques.
Christine Hurd
Level 3 Stylist
Waltham Location
You may recognize Christine as a former New England Patriot’s cheerleader but when she isn’t cheering or teaching dance, she turns to Cosmetology learned at Blaine Beauty School in Waltham Massachusetts. While concentrating on haircuts and styles, she’s no stranger to color, foil and balayage. During her 20 + year career, Christine has earned several certifications including L’Oreal, SoCap & Hair Stilleto extensions and her Goldwell headquarter training in Germany!
Book early with Christine, she’s established many long-term relationships with her clients. No customer leaves her chair until both she and they are completely satisfied and can leave with a boosted feeling of self-esteem. She enjoys and shines at upstyling for special events like weddings and proms.
Christine is one of our color correction stylists. She along with Kristin excels on the lightest and brightest blondes while maintaining the integrity of the hair.
Kristin Raffael

Kristin is a master stylist with over 20 years of experience. She attended New England Hair Academy in Malden. Through her years, Kristin has held managerial positions in salons while becoming trained in many different color lines. She is L’OréalProfessional color specialist, Deva Curl certified, Keratin Smoothing, Brazilian Blowout and SoCap extensions. One of Kristin’s favorite memories was attending Matrix Academy in New York.
Kristin’s beautiful personality shines through with her passion in making people feel great about themselves. Designing beautiful looks for her guests brings Kristin so much joy.

A master stylist, Heather attended Minuteman Tech in Lexington Massachusetts for cosmetology and completed 2 years of hands on training in a prominent downtown salon before venturing into her 20+ year professional career. No matter what your styling needs are, Heather can make you look great. Heather is an expert in balayage, color, blonding, and custom toners learned at the L’Oreal Professionel, Goldwell Academy. Beyond her color specialty, she excels at Razor Cuts learned at Bumble & Bumble in New York.
Heather is known by her clients for her extreme speed. Nothing slows her down. Heather brightens every clients’ day with a cut, color or style that exceeds their expectations. She gives them the look they want and teaches simple ways to maintain the look even into their next appointment!
Danielle Deprey

Danielle has been in the hair industry for 20 + years. She loves making people feel and look beautiful, it feeds her soul. She specializes in blondes, from platinum to lived in blonde and every shade of lightness in between! She excels in dimensional/lived in color using techniques of balayage, baby lights, teasy-lights and foliage.
Danielle loves all color from dimensional brunettes to rich and vibrant, redheads! She is trained and certified in razor cutting from Bumble and Bumble in New York City and certified in Keratin Complex smoothing treatments to top it all off.
Samantha Areseneau

Sam always knew hair was a passion of hers as she got my license at 19 years old. Going on 4 years behind the chair, she has achieved several accomplishments and strives to continue reaching new goals. She is barbicide certified as cleanliness and sanitation for your visit is important to her. In addition, I am also certified in weft, tape ins, ktip, and I tip extensions.

Andrew is both our Manager and a stylist at Ailish & Aston Salon and Spa, Waltham. He has been in the business for 2 years now after previously having a professional career in the culinary baking world. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, and 13 years of professionally baking- he decided to take a route his heart was always in. Andrew attended Minuteman Tech in Lexington Massachusetts as a postgraduate for a license in cosmetology and completed hands-on training and then quickly became a part of the Ailish family. From baking sweet treats, to transforming a client's aura. He does everything with purpose and love.
After spending some time under the wings of Owner and extraordinaire Kristin Cooper, he quickly adjusted and learned the trade hands-on. With everyday being different, he was able to see every vision come to life. Even though anything is possible, his love and desire for a transformation lay in vivid colors. He will give you the hair you desire, the feeling you need and the energy to become the best version of yourself.
Joselinne Tobar

Joselinnes’s favorite behind the chair service is balayage because it can be done in multiple ways to make it unique for everyone! Her favorite must-have product is Kerastase Chronologiste fragrant oil. It is perfume for your hair which can be used multiple ways. Beside smelling amazing, it nourishes the hair and provides a radiant finish.
As much as Joselinne loves styling hair, she loves animals! She enjoys taking her dog out for walks. And when she’s not snuggling with her dog, you can find Joselinne out playing soccer.

Kerrie Coffey
Medical Esthetician

Kerrie is our Licensed medical Esthetician. She has been our Senior Esthetician for the past 8 years, yet a member of the Esthetics community in New England for almost 20 years. Kerrie attended Salem State College, along with Catherine Hinds school of Esthetics. With a retail background and a former educator for R.G Shakour, Kerrie's experience in this industry allowed to teach the very best on waxing techniques, makeup artistry and lash extension applications among other trade secrets.
Because of her strong teaching background, Kerrie believes in the power of continuing education in this ever changing and evolving beauty business.
Kerrie is best known by her clients for her eyebrow artistry, her indulgent facials, her fast and efficient Brazilian waxing....but most and best of all her disarming sense of humor.
Charlene Oliva
Master Esthetician

Charlene began her career as an esthetician in 2000 when she attended Blaine in Waltham. After graduation she worked for more than 16 years at a salon in Boston. In 2017 she made the move to a salon in Waltham and joined the Ailish&Aston team in 2021. Charlene has mastered her waxing techniques. If you are wanting to achieve a perfect brow shape, the smoothest brazilian wax or full body waxing, she will make you completely comfortable. Charlene loves to pamper her clients. You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated after a customized facial. She will help you with your skin health and concerns and educate you about your home skin routine to get the best results from your facials. Charlene is also an amazing makeup artist. Whether you are going to prom, a wedding or even just a simple night out and want to look like you but better come on in and get your makeup done. When Charlene is not at the salon you can find her at the dance studio where she teaches and choreographs for children ages 3-18. Charlene loves her clients and hearing all about what is going on in their lives. She is an excellent listener with a dry sense of humor. She takes great pride in her work and wants all her clients to leave their appointments feeling better than when they arrived.
