Booking Policy


To ensure you receive your preferred date and time…we recommend booking appointments well in advance. A valid Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. For single treatment cancellations, we require a 24-hour notice. For group bookings we require a 48-hour notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hrs) will be subject to a 50% fee of the service price. Full amount of service will be charged for no-shows.

Checking In


We recommend arriving 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you have time to enjoy our facility and to fill out necessary forms. For late arrivals, your appointment may be shortened to allow the stylist or esthetician to be on time for their next guest.



We love children, however to ensure the comfort and safety of our clients and staff, unattended children are prohibited on the salon floor.

Cell Phones


To provide our clients with the best possible and relaxing experience, we ask that you turn your cell phone off or place it on silent when receiving any services here at the salon.

Tuesday: 10am-10pm

Wednesday: 10am-8pm

Thursday: 10am-10pm

Friday: 10am-7pm

Saturday: 10am-6pm

Do you specialize in corrective color?

We do specialize in corrective color. Our Master colorists have constant, continuing education. Our industry is constantly changing, we are always up to date on the latest and greatest trends. With that said, there will be some mistakes made and we are happy to help in any situation you are faced with.
